Refunds and exchanges

In keeping with consumer legislation items can be returned provided they remain unworn and have the packaging labels intact.

Exchanging items between junior and senior sizes is complicated by the difference in price points, caused by the imposition of vat by the supplier. The best way to exchange items between size ranges is to return the unwanted item for refund and to then place a new order online for the desired items.

Refunds or exchanges can be processed each Wednesday at lunch, when the shop is open for collections, at room 102.
